For Physical Products: Customers can cancel their order for physical products within 2 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Cancellations requested after the 2-day period may not be honored.

For Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure that you carefully review all product details before making a purchase.

Exceptions: In rare cases of extenuating circumstances, such as technical errors or issues with the product, customers may request a refund for digital products within 2 days of purchase. Changes to Orders: Customers can request changes to their orders (such as address updates) within 24 hours of purchase for physical products. For digital products, changes to orders are not applicable once the product has been delivered.
